Members of The Cypress of Charlotte enjoy complimentary access to a dedicated Healthcare Navigator—an experienced and compassionate professional who serves as a trusted partner in wellness. The Navigator supports each member’s healthcare journey with personalized guidance through the continuum of care. From case management and coordination to referrals and education, they offer clarity and reassurance, even advocating during hospital stays and care transitions.
MEDICAL CARE
The Stewart Health Center is a Medicare-certified facility offering assisted living options, 24-hour skilled nursing care and dementia care for rehabilitative and long-term care programs, short-term recuperation and respite services. Our tireless and highly skilled medical team includes physicians, nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, a recreation specialist, a dietician, and physical, occupational and speech therapists.
Home Care
There’s no substitute for convalescing in the warmth and familiarity of your own home. The Cypress Home Care Agency provides in-home assistance and personal care, ranging from light housekeeping to medication monitoring.
